This initial conversation is an opportunity to briefly discuss your situation and expectations, to learn more about my approach to coaching and ultimately to see if coaching will benefit you. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.
If we agree to work together, we will decide on a coaching rythm that fits you: how many sessions (a minimum of 5 is recommended for coaching to deliver on its promise), how often (weekly or every few weeks) and session duration (30-60 minutes). Sessions take place online using Google Meet and are in English.
My fees are adapted to client’s financial situation and will be discussed in the first session. If my schedule permits, I also have a limited number of free coaching sessions for students.
